How to Order

Orders can be made by phone, fax, email, or in person. When ordering items please state your name, address, email and contact telephone number with your order requirements.

International Orders

For all international orders please contact us by telephone 01638 668 837, or by completing our online contact form.

Methods of Payment

We are happy to accept cheques supported by a cheque guarantee card number, if posting cheque, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear the bank. We also accept bankers drafts, all major credit/debit cards & BACS. We can also take card payments over the phone.

Customer Accounts

For new customers, after the first order payment, we will be happy to advise on setting up a 30 day Customer Account with us.

Delivery

Orders within a 10 mile radius of Newmarket can be delivered free of charge. We use a carrier service for larger national orders and there is a charge for this service.

Prices

All prices are correct at the time of print and include the standard VAT rate of 20%.
Higher quantity orders on some specific items may be eligible for a quantity discount, please ask for details.
